Gerilyn Tandberg

Tandberg
received the M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Minnesota.
Tandberg has designed over 100 productions at LSU and has been published
in the field of costume history. Recent articles, "Towards
Freedom in Dress for Nineteenth Century Women," appeared in
Dress, the journal for the Costume Society and "Sinning in
Silk: Dress for Success, Fashion of New Orleans' Storyville Prostitutes"
appeared in Women's Studies International Forum. She is a faculty
member in the Women's and Gender Studies Department and an adjunct
professor in the School of Human Ecology.
