 Gresdna Doty
Alumni Professor Emerita
Doty holds a Ph.D. degree from Indiana University, where she studied
under Oscar G. Brockett, Richard Moody, and Hubert Heffner. Her
study of The Career of Mrs. Anne Brunton Merry was published by
the LSU Press, and she is co-editor (with Professor Bill J. Harbin)
of Inside the Royal Court Theatre, 1956-1981. Although she retired
in May, 1996, Professor Doty remains active in the Department and
in her profession.
